Polewa czekoladowa / Chocolate glaze

Przepis na polewę pochodzi od mojej mamy i jest przepyszny. Sami spróbujcie ;)

The recipe for chocolate glaze comes from my mother and it is delicious. Try it;)

Składniki:
1/4 kostki margaryny lub masła (50 g)
3 łyżki gęstej śmietany
6 łyżek cukru (białego)
2 łyżki kakao

Składniki wymieszać w małym garnku i zagotować. Po lekkim ostudzeniu polać ciasto z wierzchu.

Ingredients:
1/4 block of margarine or butter (50 g), unsalted
3 tablespoons of thick cream
6 tablespoons sugar (white)
2 tablespoons of cocoa

Mix ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. After slightly cooled, pour the cake on top.
