And another of American dishes;) Although I do not like burgers, this dish is in my taste - especially in my version of the recipe ;) Very soft yeast rolls with ground meat and peppers in tomato sauce .... Moreover, the next day it tastes sensational  too:) I recommend;)

Składniki na 16 dużych bułeczek:

2 opakowania drożdży instant (1/4 ounce/ 7,09g każde)
1 szkl ciepłej wody
1 szkl ciepłego mleka
1/4 szkl cukru
1/4 szkl (ok. 55g) masła, temperatura pokojowa
1 jajko
1 łyżeczka soli
4 1/2 - 5 szkl mąki
700 g mielonej wołowiny
200 g sosu pomidorowego lub passaty pomidorowej
4 małe słodkie papryczki, pokrojone w kostkę
1 średnia cebula, pokrojona w drobną kostkę
2 ząbki czosnku, rozgniecione
sól, pieprz świeżo zmielony
1 łyżeczka kolendry
2 łyżeczki cajun lub przyprawy do mięsa
16 plasterków mozzarelli
2 łyżki oliwy

W dużej misce rozpuścić drożdże z ciepłej wodzie. Dodać mleko, sól, masło, cukier, jajko i 2 szkl mąki. Wymieszać, aż powstanie jednolita masa. Dodać pozostałą mąkę i zagnieść ciasto, do momentu, aż będzie miękkie, gładkie i elastyczne (ok 5 minut). Wyjąć kolejną dużą miskę i ją natłuścić.
Dodać przyprawy do smaku, wmieszać i zdjąć z ognia. Lekko ostudzić i dodać do mięsa. Czynność powtórzyć z papryką - smażyć, aż będzie miękka. Dodać do mięsa.
Zawinąć końce do środka, tworząc torebkę, skleić boki i uformować kulę.
Na blachy wyłożyć papier do pieczenia. Kłaść bułeczki sklejeniem do dołu.

Ingredients for 16 large buns:

2 packages instant yeast (1/4 ounce / 7.09 g each)
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup (about 55g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 - 5 cup flour
700 g of ground beef
200 g of tomato sauce or tomato passata
4 small sweet  bell peppers, diced
1 medium onion, cut into small cubes
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons cajun or seasoning for meat
16 slices of mozzarella
2 tablespoons olive oil

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the milk, salt, butter, sugar, egg and 2 cup flour. Mix until well combined. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough until it will be soft, smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes). Take another large bowl and grease it. Transfer the dough to this bowl. Cover with greased plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes in a warm place until doubled in volume.
Put in a pot ground meat with tomato sauce and cook over low heat until the meat will not be pink. Add spices to taste, stir and remove from heat. In a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil fry the onion and garlic until golden. Cool slightly and add to the meat. Repeat this process with pepper - cook until soft. Add to the meat. Mix.
Remove the dough on a lightly floured pastry board / kitchen counter. Divide into 16 equal pieces. Each roll out or mash by hand so that it will have about 13 cm in diameter. For each piece impose 1.5 tablespoons of meat, a piece of mozzarella and cover with 1.5 tablespoons of meat. Fold the ends to the center, creating a bag, pinch edges to seal and form a ball.Put baking paper on baking sheets. Lay buns sticking down. Set aside for about 15 - 20 minutes in a warm place. Bake at 200 C (400 F) for about 10-12 minutes until brown on top. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
