Muffiny czekoladowe/ Chocolate muffins

Dawno nie robiłam ciasteczek - więc czas właśnie na nie .... Znalazłam bardzo ciekawy przepis na muffinki czekoladowe na http://kotlet.tv/muffiny-czekoladowe i chciałam  go wypróbować. Oto wynik mojego pieczenia :P

I have not done cookies for a long time and this is the time to do it.  I found a very interesting recipe for chocolate muffins on http://kotlet.tv/muffiny-czekoladowe and I wanted to try it out. This is the result of my baking: P

Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tablespoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 dark chocolate (100g)

The dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa) pour into a bowl and mix. In a separate mix the wet ingredients and then add them to the dry, the whole mix with a spoon. Add half of the chopped chocolate. Put it into molds, sprinkle the top with chopped chocolate. Put into the preheated to 200 ° C oven for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
