Poniżej podaje bardzo prosty przepis na ciasto naleśnikowe. Wybór farszu pozostawiam już Wam :P

Składniki:
2 szklanki mąki
3 jajka
0,5 litra mleka
0,3 litra piwa lub wody sodowej
Wszystkie składniki włożyć do miski i wymieszać do momentu, aż stworzą jednolitą masę. Nasmarować patelnię. Wylać ciasto na patelnię - 1 chochla. Smażyć z obu stron. Usmażony naleśnik wykładać na talerz. Czynność powtarzać.

0.5 liters of milk
0.3 liters of beer or soda water
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Pour into greased pans with butter or lard. Pour the pancake batter into the pan - 1 ladle. Fry on both sides. Fried pancake put on plate. Repeat the process.
